Glc300 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the glc300 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the glc300 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are not permitted to use this platform.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and glc300 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use of the online platform is lawful in your location.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the glc300 platform. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and current information. glc300 may request identity verification documents at any time to ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account restrictions.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. glc300 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access caused by the user's own negligence.
- Users must notify glc300 immediately if they suspect their account has been compromised.
- Accounts may not be transferred to another party.
- All activity carried out through your account is solely your responsibility.
3. Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the glc300 platform for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the functionality of our platform or servers.
- Uploading or distributing content that is unlawful, threatening, obscene, or contains incitement.
- Using another person's account or impersonating someone else.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, match manipulation, or unauthorised collusion between players.
- Attempting to launder money or transfer funds derived from illegal activities through the platform.
Glc300 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure and freezing of associated balances.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the glc300 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported deposit methods include Touch 'n Go (TNG), FPX online banking (Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Public Bank, and others), and direct bank transfer.
Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you are required to complete account verification, including submitting a valid identity document. This is a standard security measure that protects all parties.
Glc300 is not responsible for any charges or fees imposed by your bank or third-party payment providers. Processing times for deposits and withdrawals depend on the payment method selected and the operating hours of the relevant financial institution.
- Deposits via TNG and FPX are typically processed instantly, up to 10 minutes.
- Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days depending on the selected method.
- All transactions are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed except under exceptional circumstances as determined by glc300.
- Glc300 reserves the right to freeze transactions suspected of involving fraudulent activity while an investigation is conducted.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
Liability Limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, glc300 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, data loss, or technical failures beyond our control.
Glc300 makes no guarantees regarding the platform's continuous availability. Scheduled maintenance or unplanned outages may occur, and users are not entitled to compensation for any such downtime.
Account Suspension and Closure
Glc300 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:
- User breaches any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Fraudulent activity or manipulation is detected or suspected.
- User fails to comply with identity verification requests.
- Account found to have been inactive for an extended period with no transactions.
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any balance in the account may be forfeited depending on the severity of the breach.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content, logos, designs, text, and software on the glc300 platform are the exclusive property of glc300 and are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.
The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. glc300 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Glc300 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms.
Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered the user's acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
